Ordering and deliveries
Q: How many bottles can I order?

A: There are no minimum orders. You can even order one bottle of wine and it will be delivered to your doorstep.

For bulk orders for functions/events, do contact us at 010-3078888 or email us at [email protected] to enquire further.

Q: How much does delivery costs and when will my wine be delivered?

A: We deliver QUICKLY within 2 hours to selected areas in the Klang Valley. We also provide same day delivery if you get your order in by 3.00pm and we’ll get picking and packing! Our delivery days are from Monday to Friday only except Public Holidays.

Express ‘On-demand’ 60-120 minutes delivery

Our express 60-120 minutes delivery is for selected areas in Klang Valley only and all orders must be placed between 10.00am and 5.00pm daily.

RM15.00 for the first 10km, additional KM at RM2.00 (from our warehouse)

Same day delivery 

Your bottles are delivered on the same day as your orders (for Klang Valley only). Please place your order before 3.00pm for same day delivery.

Standard delivery

Your bottles are delivered to you within 1 to 2 working days.

Q: It is raining heavily outside; can your guys deliver?

A: In the event of bad weather, your delivery will have to be put on hold for the safety of our riders. We will deliver your wines to you as soon as the bad weather clears off.

Q: Who will deliver the wines?

A: We engage reputable delivery and courier companies with proven track record for all deliveries. Fret not if your wines are delivered by motorcycle. The bag that is carrying your bottles is well insulated from heat, to ensure that the temperature of the wines stays cool the moment they leave our warehouse. Your bottles are packed in an air inflatable bag for maximum protection from any impact and for your easy inspection.

Q: What happens if nobody’s there to accept the delivery?

A: It would be great if someone at your delivery address is available to receive your bottles as our delivery partners require someone to sign and verify the delivery. Unfortunately, in the event that there is no one to receive the delivery, the bottles will be sent back to our warehouse and any request for re-delivery will incur an additional delivery charge.

Q: Can I have the wine shipped to somebody else as a gift?

A: Definitely, but do make sure that person receiving it is over 21 years of age as they have to sign to receive it. Do make sure to remember to enter the correct mailing address

Q: Uh-oh! There is a problem with my wine bottles!

A: If there are any problems with the wine bottles that you received, such as corked or spoilt bottle, do contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement bottle upon investigation and confirmation by our wine ministers (That’s what our sommeliers are called)

Q: Can I personally pick-up my bottles from your warehouse?

A: Yes you can! If you’d prefer to self-collect your bottles, we are located at Menara Lien Hoe, Persiaran Tropicana. Please select ‘self-collect’ at the delivery option when checkout of your cart. Do contact us at 010-3078888 prior to coming to our warehouse to check if we have packed and prepared your bottles.


Q: How do I make payment for my purchases?

A: Payments can be made via online banking, debit card, credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and PayPal. Payments are secured and all transmission are encrypted with SSL with firewall protection.

If you are using a non-Malaysian card, please note that additional charges may be incurred due to foreign exchange and bank charges.

Q: How do I know if my payment is successful?

A: You will be notified via SMS and your registered email upon successful completion of payment

Q: Can I request for an official tax invoice/receipt?

A: A tax invoice is sent together in the email upon receiving notice of successful completion of payment


Q: How do I shop on this site?

A: We have tried to make the site navigation as simple as possible. To start your journey to great wines, click on BUY THE WINE. You can narrow down your selection based on the type, country, region, grape types or your price range

Q: How do I find the right wines for me?

A: You can do a palate profiling by answering a simple questionnaire through our website. From there, it will guide you on the types of wine that might be of your interest.

Alternatively, you can speak to our Wine Ministers through our Live Chat function and they will be able to give you some advice or answer any questions that you might have to help you with your purchases.

Subscribe to our newsletters by entering your email to receive newsletters with our promotions and also information about wines. Do be on a lookout for our wine classes in the future as well!

Q: Can I order bottles in bulk for my functions/event/dinner/party?

A: Definitely! We also sell in bulk for events or any other functions and we will be very happy to help you to select some wines. We can even help you on your wine selections based on your menu that you will be serving. This calls for a good wine pairing dinner! Call, email us or use our live chat functions to reach us.

Q: I really want this wine, but it is not in your list

A: Do speak to us and we will be more than happy to help you source for the specific wines that you are looking for or even recommend you something similar. Call or email us the details of the wine to and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Q: Will I be able to leave comments on the wine that I have tried?

A: Yes, you can! We appreciate any feedback to improve our selections but more importantly to share experiences with other users. After purchase, you will be able to leave a feedback on your wines. Alternatively, you can drop us any comments or feedbacks to [email protected]

Returns and Refunds

We’re confident that we have stocked up with a great range of wines that will suit all wine drinkers. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we would be more than happy to arrange the return of any unopened bottles you might have, for a refund in the form of store credits within 7 days upon receiving the bottles. We can only provide a refund if all products are in their original packaging and condition.

For corked or spoilt bottles, contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement bottle upon investigation and confirmation by our wine ministers.
